Authentic cuisine which follows the cycle of the seasons
Our cuisine is inspired by the cycle of the seasons and regional products which we creatively combine to put a new twist on traditional dishes. We only use strictly fresh ingredients which are chosen for their high quality and authentic nature: they all come from our own fields or local farms selected for the reliability of their procedures.
The menu varies on a weekly or monthly basis depending on what ingredients are in season, with the exception of some of the most famous local dishes which we offer on a year-round basis: crescentine (fried dough), platters of local cold cuts and cheeses, ricotta and vegetable flan, tagliatelle al ragù (the real spaghetti Bolognese), and sliced seared steak.
All our dishes are cooked fresh to order in order to guarantee maximum flavour and freshness, and our kitchen may not therefore always be the fastest, but as we know the expectation is often the most pleasurable part of any experience!
